Services

ClearView provides exterior cleaning services on Martha's Vineyard, including window cleaning, house washing, roof cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, paver and stone cleaning, and commercial pressure washing. All services are subject to a separate service agreement confirmed at the time of booking.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope of work, and access requirements. We will notify you of any material price changes before work begins.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask for reasonable advance notice (at least 24 hours) for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling fee.

Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe access to your property on the scheduled service date. Please secure pets, close exterior windows, and notify us of any fragile surfaces or special concerns before service begins.

Limitation of Liability

ClearView carries full general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, up to the value of the services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of ClearView and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
